Tybee Island, Georgia (USA)

A yearly tradition, at ~12:00 EDT, thousands of revelers charge the cool waters (~58 degrees F) of the Atlantic Ocean. With air temperature of ~70 degrees F and winds fo ~10 mph this was one of the warmest polar plunges on Tybee Island. This year's event included a fundraiser combined with a Guiness World Record event (largest gathering of folks wearing swim caps?)
